Today the head of the design team, the other secretary and I meet with Ibu Harumdah to talk about the down payment that we have to pay the Ants photo shoot company soon. Ibu Harumdah explained that we have to make the MOU first, meet with the person from the photo shoot company and then sign the contract together.
Although this will be my last meeting recorded for this CAS activity, there are still other things that I will do for this yearbook activity. I will have to check all parts of the contract before our side sign it, I will have to verify the sponsors and I will have to communicate with the photo shoot company too. So although this will be my last meeting recorded for this CAS activity, it does not end at this point.
